How do I cancel an order?

The quickest way to cancel your order is to log in to your customer account, on the right hand side of the order you will see CANCEL. Press the button and confirm...that's all.

Then you will receive the cancellation confirmation.

If this button does not appear on the right of the order, it means that we have already processed the order and we cannot cancel it. In this case, please contact us at the phone numbers displayed or on WhatsApp.

Please keep in mind that you have to cancel the entire order, you cannot choose which products to choose and which products to keep.
