- Easybox, Delivery in 1-2 days, Delivery cost calculation: The delivery cost will be automatically calculated according to the weight of the order. The minimum delivery cost is 15,00 lei.
- SameDay, Delivery in 1-2 days, Delivery cost calculation: The delivery cost will be automatically calculated according to the weight of the order. The minimum delivery cost is 15,00 lei.
Orders placed and confirmed daily until 14.00 are dispatched from our warehouse the same day and reach you in maximum 24/48 hours.
Orders placed after 14.00 are confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse the next working day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be finalised and dispatched on Monday.

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing certain normative acts (published in the Official Gazette, Part I No. 427 of 11.06.2014), we provide you with the following form for exercising the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order from our website.
Attention.
Due to the fact that our customer's health is the most important, Șic Moda cannot accept returns on piercing products, stockings and underwear, as it cannot be guaranteed that the returned products are new, unused.
For other products, returns will be made under the following conditions:
- Mandatory in the original packaging, without signs of wear or physical alterations (dents, scratches);
If a refund is requested, this will only be made once the parcel has been received and its contents have been checked by a representative of our company.
The method of return of the product / parcel is entirely up to the customer(excluding Poșta Română), it is the customer who bears the cost of return transport and it is doneonly by courier.
The return of the product will be made by SC ȘIC MODA INDUSTRY SRL by bank transfer from the company's account to the customer's account (the transaction is processed within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the returned product(s)).
We do not accept refund parcels!
Regardless of the reason for the return, in order to refund the value of the product(s) it is necessary to provide us with the company details and an IBAN account in RON, this is the only possible way of payment.
